There's no getting away from the fact that taking regular exercise is the way to stay healthy. It reduces the risk of illness, can help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight and has a great effect on your energy and confidence levels.

And we know that there are millions of excuses not to exercise - too busy, too tired, too bored – yet none of them are valid reasons!
