Profile of Judo Participants
Judo participants are much more likely to be male than female. Most are aged between 15 and 34. The majority of judo participants are in social class C.

Provision for Judo

The Welsh Institute of Sport (WIS) is used for national training and competition. WIS is accredited by the British Olympic Association as a training centre for judo.
